Soneil needed to design a user-friendly charging station interface for their new DC fast charger line. The challenge was creating an experience that would work for both occasional EV drivers and commercial fleet operators, while meeting stringent safety and accessibility requirements in the rapidly evolving EV charging market.

Led the complete design process from user research through final implementation. Conducted field studies at existing charging stations, interviewed diverse user groups, and worked closely with hardware engineers to understand technical constraints. Developed multiple interface concepts, tested prototypes with real users, and refined the design based on feedback.
