Landing Intl. was building a mobile training platform for beauty product retailers, transitioning from a web application to a mobile-first experience. They needed an experienced designer who could not only design the app but also establish design processes and build their internal design capability.

Took on a dual role as lead designer and design consultant. Led the complete mobile app design while simultaneously helping the company hire and mentor their first junior designer. Worked closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs were both ambitious and technically feasible. Created a design system that would support the app's growth.
