While I was leading the design team and helping them grow the team and the product, we faced issues with the white-label solution on how to scale the project. Using Figma, we could create a template with all the components where we'd only place the client's logo and colors, and in one day, we'd have the product done.

The Challenge
• Led a team of four. • Improved the design process. • Scaled and improved the white-label solution. • Introduced new process cross-teams with developers and product managers. • Consolidated the usage of Figma for design, prototype, and hand-offs.
The Solution
We also developed a new product from scratch to help make it easy for the gig platforms to do mass payouts. It was also a way for the worker to consolidate the earnings of multiple platforms in one single app.
