ZipSmart.ai needed to transform a complex real estate investment concept into an MVP that would resonate with both novice and experienced investors. After three previous design attempts failed to capture the vision, I was brought in to create an interface that could effectively visualize property data across the United States while making investment decisions approachable.

Started by deeply understanding the business model and target users. Collaborated closely with the CEO to simplify feature scope for MVP launch. Made a strategic recommendation to cut scope by 30%—eliminating the planned landing page in favor of launching directly with a freemium product model. This allowed users to immediately experience the platform's value while creating a natural conversion path to paid subscriptions. Created a data visualization strategy that made complex market information digestible. Balanced aesthetic appeal with functional clarity to build credibility in a competitive market.
